Disclaimer

SAGE is designed for kids and adults working with them, but it’s not a medical device, diagnostic tool or substitute for professional care. It does not diagnose conditions or replace a licensed therapist, doctor or educator.

If you have questions or concerns about your child’s health, development or wellbeing, please consult a qualified professional. We’ve built SAGE with care, but real life help always comes first.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information at SageBrain, including on our main website and in our products, SAGE and Melt. We’re committed to clarity, respect, and building trust through transparent data practices.

1. Who We Are

SageBrain, LLC creates thoughtful technology to support neurodivergent kids and the adults who care for them. Our products include the SAGE application (coming soon), our main website (sagebrain.org), and Melt, a simple, web-based tool.

2. What We Collect

Contact Form (via Resend)

• Email
• Your message

Beta Program Form (via Tally)

• Name
• Email
• Any additional information provided in the form fields

Website Analytics (sagebrain.org)

• Page views
• Button interactions
• Device/browser information (anonymized)

Analytics are handled by Google Analytics in its most privacy-focused configuration. We do not link this information to your identity.

Melt (Product Website)

We collect no personal data. We do not use cookies, tracking scripts, or fingerprinting. We log:

• Page visit count
• Button interaction count
• Timestamp of most recent visit

None of this can be traced back to a person or device.

3. How We Use Information

We use the data we collect to:

• Respond to your messages
• Review beta program interest and select participants
• Improve our content and understand how our site is used (anonymously)

We do not and will never sell, trade, or share your personal data. Seriously. Never.

4. Use of Cookies

Melt
No cookies. No tracking. No identifiers.

SageBrain.org
We use Google Analytics, which sets cookies. A cookie consent banner will be shown and non-essential cookies will only be set if you consent. You can opt out at any time.

5. How We Store & Protect Data

Your information is stored securely via our trusted third-party service providers:

• Tally (Beta form)
• Resend (Contact form)

These services may process data on U.S.-based servers, though we cannot always guarantee the physical location of all data. Access is limited to essential SageBrain team members only.

We retain your data only as long as needed to fulfill the purpose you submitted it for.

6. Your Rights

You can always:

• Ask what data we have about you
• Request deletion of your data

Just email us at hello@sagebrain.org. We’ll respond quickly and honor your request — no forms, no hoops.

7. Children’s Data

SAGE is designed to be managed by adults, including parents, educators, or therapists. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children under 13. When adults provide data on behalf of a minor (e.g., first name), it is minimal and non-identifiable.

If you believe we’ve collected data from a child directly, contact us and we’ll promptly delete it.

8. International Visitors

This website is intended for users in the United States. If you access it from another country, you do so with your own initiative and are responsible for complying with local laws.

9. Policy Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any significant changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. We will always notify users of major updates when appropriate.
